Candidates are sourced according to the written specifications of the client and the culture fit of the organization.
Candidates are sourced using e-recruiting portals such as Career Junction, newspapers, LHC website, LHC Database, headhunting, referrals by clients and other networks.


Prior to selection, all candidates undergo a number of assessments determined by the job specifications. These assessments include numeric and literacy assessments, problem solving skills, communication skills, competency assessments and interviews. Only candidates who are successful in the assessments are referred to a client. All assessment results are available to the client if requested.
In consultation with the client, LHC will formulate a suitable job profile for each position to ensure a best fit takes place in the appointment of candidates.
Candidates are Short–listed in order of preference and referred to the client who will make the final selection of the most suitable candidate

All employees are referenced checked.
Vetting checks (Criminal, Qualifications, Credit, ID, and Driver’s License) are done as per client request. No cost to the client.
Psychometric Assessments are arranged as per the client request and paid for by the client

Our Process

Each search is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. Typically a search requires 60-90days to complete depending upon timing of the ad placement, availability of candidates and other factors.
A facilitator will be assigned to work with each client based on our client preference and their availability.
Upon an Initial consultation process an Executive search Proposal with project time lines, fees, Selection process will be presented to the client.

Outsourced Payroll Administration

Payroll Management Services

• Loading the contracts onto our VIP system for payment
• Preparing timesheets , signed and sent to us for processing
• Payroll Processing and deducting of PAYE, SDL, UIF, leave, loans and garnishee orders
• Management of employees income tax fillings( IRP5)
• Leave Management
• Generating Monthly and Annual statutory reports
• Generating Info-Slips( Electronic pay slips)
• All PAYE, UIF, and SDL levies will be E-mailed to the organization by the 7th of each month to be submitted for payment.

The above services are options are available on monthly, bi-weekly, forth nightly or hourly payments

Response handling

Leago human Capital offers the following response handling options:

Option 1: Receiving applications by hand, fax or e-mail, providing the client with an alphabetical list of applicants.
Option 2: Includes Option 1, Plus letters of acknowledgement of receipt and letters of regret forwarded to candidates.
Option 3: Includes option 1 and 2, as well as screening, reviewing CV’s and compiling a skills matrix (including a shortlist of best five candidates or as per client requirements)

• The gross remuneration is payable prior to payment of salaries to the respective employees.
• Administration fees are payable within 7 days from the date of the invoice.
